Understanding the process was an obvious requirement. Turn-key was also necessary... and in the end, the cost. Felipe gave me a couple of options to fit my budget. I usually don't do reviews, but Felipe and team earned it. Their work was spot on, they work hard and efficient. If I were to advise others... is to have patience. There are processes and dependencies that needs to be coordinated. Felipe is someone you can talk to and trust that he'll do what he says he'll do.

Felipe and his team did an OUTSTANDING job for us today. We called him and he came out the next day to give us a quote for the removal of 3 Large tree root balls. He also quoted us for grading our back yard, which had such a high slope on one end, making that portion of our yard unusable. After we received the quote, Felipe and his team were here a week later. He finished everything in one day. We are so happy with the final result, as now we can use our entire yard, after we landscape of course :). We would HIGHLY recommend Master Demolition.

I had such a great experience with Master Demolition. I reached out for a quote and they came the next morning to give me a quote. After the HOA approved the landscaping plan, Master Demolition submitted a permit to the city on my behalf and took care of all of the paperwork. After the permit was approved, they came 2-3 days later and finished the demo in less than a week. I received the quoted price 6 months before the work was done, and Master Demolition honored the quoted amount! I had a great experience with them, my backyard looks great, and I will definitely recommend their services again to friends and family.
